Join Sussex Wildlife Trust Marine Officer Olle Åkesson and Making Waves Officer Nikki Hills on a trip to Hastings fish market to learn about the fish and seafood caught that morning. Then return to base to enjoy a cooking demonstration before donning an apron and cooking up your own two course lunch to eat before you go home.
