Contact Sussex Wildlife Trust within: 14 days of delivery if you have changed your mind. This two week cancellation period starts from the day you have received all of the items in your order.

Please ship items back within 21 days of delivery.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original, unused condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Faulty Goods
If you receive faulty goods, you have a right to return these goods and to ask us to repair or replace them or get a refund (including postage costs)
Please return your item(s) to us within 30 days and remember to get in touch before returning. Please don’t use any faulty items after finding the fault, or we may not be able to provide a refund.
