Sussex Wildlife Trust offers advice on how to restore nature across Sussex. We advise on nature friendly farming, Nature Recovery Networks, wilding and natural processes, climate resilience, species recovery, and much more.

We work with all kinds of land including smallholdings, traditional farms, large estates, community enterprises, woodland owners, local authorities and businesses. Our advice is independent, innovative and tailored to your individual needs.

We are always happy to assist landowners in creating a more wildlife-friendly environment in Sussex. If you are a landowner or land manager and would like to receive bespoke advice on how your land could be better managed for nature, please get in touch using the enquiry form below.

Please note that due to capacity we can currently only offer advice for land which falls within our Wilder Horsham District project area and our Wilder Ouse project area. We hope to offer land advice for areas outside of this in due course.

Are you aware that Sussex Wildlife Trust is host to The Sussex Biodiversity Record Centre (SxBRC)? This Biodiversity Information Service is one of the key environmental record centres situated around the UK. It is a repository, custodian, manager and analyst of high-quality biodiversity, natural history and environmental information. SxBRC can provide a range of services to landowners in Sussex, such as habitat mapping, knowledge on rare species in the area, information about Local Wildlife Sites (LWS) and recording sightings of species on your land.
