The future of Ditchling Beacon

Drop-in event 

Drop in at Ditchling Village Hall to discuss the proposals and receive comments. Staff from Sussex Wildlife Trust and Footprint Ecology will be present.

We are undertaking Phase Two of the consultation on the future management of Ditchling Beacon nature reserve. We are working with local communities and landowners to connect people with nature and address challenges facing the Sussex Downs in order to protect this fragile chalk grassland landscape for future generations.

Second stage consultation

The second stage is running between 18 July and 30 September 2022 and we are keen to know what you think about the options being considered as a result of the first stage of the consultation. Find out more.
