Chesworth Farm Wildlife Watch - Saturdays (14/04/18) Saturday, 14th April 2018 10:30 AM - 12:30 PM
Saturdays - 14 April, 12 May & 9 June (3 sessions) - with Tamara
10.30am – 12.30pm.
Wildlife Watch is for 5-11 year olds with accompanying adults.
Bring your children along to help them explore the natural world. This will involve getting to know the forest school site, exploring the farm’s habitats and of course more fire and bush craft activities!
Wildlife Watch clubs are based on Forest School principles, providing a wonderful opportunity for children aged 5-11 to experience and learn from nature. They will be encouraged to tackle hands-on outdoor activities, work co-operatively with others, and have an opportunity to gain a sense of achievement while developing social skills and boosting confidence. Sessions are themed around the changing seasons and discovering how to help local wildlife thrive.
The vehicle access gate for the track to Chesworth Farm site will be open between 10:05 and 10:20 before the session, and between 12:40 and 12:55 afterwards. Pedestrian access only is available before and after these times. Access to Chesworth Farm track is from Queensway / Chesworth Lane T junction.
Limited parking at Chesworth Farm site: overflow parking in Chesworth Lane, which is a 10 minute walk along a pleasant off-road track to the meeting point.
Public Transport: Nearest bus stop is Opp Denne Road which is approx. 20 minutes from the meeting point.

We apologise that this location has extremely limited wheelchair access.
Sorry, no dogs allowed at Wildlife Watch sessions.
