Skipped the resolution ah?!
The New Year is the perfect time to make heart felt life changes, have you done that yet? If you’re stuck then maybe we can help you!
Seven Sisters Country Park Education Office is looking to recruit new volunteers for our environmental education programme. You’ll refresh your body and mind and be liberated from the madness of electronic mania! You will definitely learn something new and find yourself amongst wildlife companions.
Volunteering at Seven Sisters Country Park means you’ll be helping us pass on our passion of conservation to schools and families. It could include exploring the meanders of the Cuckmere river, the coastline, the rolling hills, Friston Forest and the wildlife that we can find there. You could be assisting us on our schools programme showing the children how to collect scientific research, make environmental observations, discover our indigenous wildlife and most importantly having a fun day out! There are plenty of volunteering options including Forest School, arts and crafts and woodland activities, but our main goal is to inspire!
Inhale the sea salty air, share your discoveries of the botany on the chalk grasslands, be part of our Forest School – share that enthusiasm you have with the younger generation!
We are having a Volunteering Day in early February – if you wish to make a difference enrol and mention the Seven Sisters: Click here for more details.
