Are you meeting with your MP tomorrow?

The Common Grounds day of action is happening tomorrow, Saturday 12th October, across the country.
We’re inviting as many people as possible to meet with their MP in their local area to find Common Ground on nature and climate. This is your opportunity to tell your MP why nature matters to you, show them some of the incredible work underway in your local community, and ask them to commit to ambitious action to tackle climate change and restore the natural world. Through personal stories and discussions about the issues that matters most, we aim to inspire MPs to champion nature and climate issues alongside us.
With over 500 pledges already made on the United for people, climate and nature hub, we’d love to know which of our Sussex MPs have agreed to meet their communities and what you will be talking to them about.
Do you want your MP to help protect your local green space or take the action needed to clean up our rivers and seas? There are lots of resources available on the hub to help you tell your story and get your point across, and you can find out more about nature in your local constituency on our website here.
Please comment below to let us know how you get on. Together, we can create a fairer, healthier, greener future.
