A cheeky Ichneumon bucculentus - new for Sussex?
In early August, an ichneumonid (wasp) was found foraging on Hogweed at Marline Valley nature reserve, just outside Hastings. This was identified as Ichneumon bucculentus, This appears to be a Sussex first record for the species.
