For booking events, please visit What's On and book online or call 01273 497561, lines open 10:00 - 15:30 Monday - Thursday, 10:00 - 13:00 Fridays. Offices closed Saturday and Sunday.

Please note that there will be no refunds for any cancellations within two weeks of the event. Please note that there will be a cancellation fee of £3.00 for all cancellations of booked events costing £10.00 or less and £5.00 for all events costing more than £10.00.
We reserve the right to cancel or change an event at short notice. Events will only run if a minimum number of people have booked. Attendees will be notified in advance if we do have to cancel any of our events and the full fee refunded.
Leaders will always be present at the start of each event. If the weather is poor, they will decide on the day whether to proceed.
All the family are welcome. Please note that dogs are not allowed at events unless stated otherwise.
Every effort is made to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time, but please note that you attend events at your own risk.
Please wear suitable clothing and footwear for the time of year and ensure adequate protection against the sun.
For family events all children must be accompanied by an adult. Adults can only book family events if they are accompanied by children.
Family events are suitable for children aged between 5 and 12; accompanying younger siblings are free, unless otherwise stated.
Adult Learning Course Information
No participants under the age of 14. Participants aged 14 – 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
There will be no refunds for any cancellation within two weeks of the course start date. There will be an administration charge of £5.00 for all other cancellations. Application for a refund must be made in writing or via email only.
Applications for transfer will only apply to the current years programme. There will be no refunds if applicants cancel a course to which they have transferred.
We reserve the right to cancel or change a course at short notice. Courses will only run if a minimum number of people have booked. If Sussex Wildlife Trust has to cancel any courses, attendees will be notified via e-mail or telephone in advance and the full fee refunded.
If an organisation is paying for an attendee and requires an invoice they will need to provide Sussex Wildlife Trust with a Purchase Order Number in advance.
No reductions can be made in respect of late arrival, early departure or absence during any part of the course.
All courses must be booked in advance.
In the event that your course is cancelled more than 48 hours prior to the planned start time, we will contact you via email. If the course is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the start time we will also email and/or call you.
Please ensure that your contact details that we hold for you are up to date and that you check your email, including the junk folder, before the course.

Seven Sisters Country Park (SSCP), Exceat, nr Seaford – Bus No. 12 & 13 between Brighton and Eastbourne stops at SSCP. Seaford railway station links with bus service to SSCP.
Stanmer Park, Brighton – Bus No. 24 & 25 from Brighton stops outside Stanmer Park. Bus No. 78 into the park. Under a mile to Falmer train station.
Rye Harbour – Bus No. 325 from Rye Village.

We would always encourage people to lift share where possible when attending events as it is better for the environment and many of our sites have limited parking. Liftshare.com is an online car sharing community, that allows you to offer lifts or find someone to share with. The site is free to use but you will need to register.
