Members-only event: Rye Harbour Ramble (14/04/25)

Rye Harbour's 465 hectares have international wildlife designations. Join Charlie Peverett for a circular walk of approximately 3.5km, starting out from Rye Harbour Discovery Centre. We'll listen out for a variety of bird song and make a visit to one of the bird hides within the reserve. We'll also take the opportunity to observe other wildlife and wildflowers we find on route. The walk will be approximately 2 1/2 hours, at a slow pace, with lots of stops along the way. We will finish the day with an opportunity to discuss our findings for the day and ask questions. The Discovery Centre has a lovely café if you wish to buy refreshments afterwards.

The walk will be at a slow pace on flat terrain. A reasonable amount of fitness is required.
