Weekly Wellbeing Walk (02/10/2024) - Rye Harbour Wednesday, 2nd October 2024 9:45 AM - 11:30 AM
Enjoy the outdoors with a morning of gentle walking across Rye Harbour Nature Reserve with our walk leader volunteers, every Wednesday morning. Anyone can join in and there's no need to book. The walks end at approximately 11.30am, usually at the Discovery Centre to give the option for refreshments.
These weekly walks are free, short and friendly, suitable for all abilities, and aim to be beneficial for both physical and mental wellbeing. They're an opportunity to meet new people, and they'll give you a taste of our coastal wildlife throughout the seasons, as our volunteer walk leaders share their knowledge of the birds and the terrain.
