Bat Night at Wadhurst Park (24/09/24) Tuesday, 24th September 2024 6:15 PM - 8:30 PM
Leader: James Duncan
As the sun begins to set the bats emerge from their roosting spots around Wadhurst Park. Join James to look and listen for them using specialised bat detecting equipment. The evening will begin with a short talk before we set out to search for these incredible creatures of the night. Bringing a torch is highly recommended.
Location: Wadhurst Park, East Sussex

What three words is the most reliable: marsh.martini.economies
Once you are on Coombe lane, drive all the way to the very very end of the lane (do not turn off it). Ignore Combe manor on the right.
There is a gate near the bottom of the lane, which you will need to drive through (this is on private land, but the road continues and pops out at the farm at the very end).
Wadhurst Park is a private estate situated in the High Weald AONB. Its purpose is to revive a beautiful, biodiverse and historic landscape, to inspire community and together build a more sustainable future through rediscovering lost habitats and management practices.
