Who is this course for?
This course is designed for individuals wishing to lead wild beach sessions.
Nursery staff, primary and secondary school staff, further education sector, forest school leaders, outdoor leaders, marine NGOs. Essentially anyone interested in promoting ocean literacy!

Entry Criteria: Participants need to be over 18 years of age. Experience in working with young people is an advantage.
Course content
Four days of training in theory and practice to cover
- Practical skills on the beach
- Keeping safe on the beach
- Understanding the beach environment
- Ocean connection
This is an outdoor course on shingle, sand and rockpool. Be prepared to get your feet wet.
A simple to complete workbook should be submitted within 6 months of the course start date. (Please see booking Terms & Conditions).
On successful completion of the course you will be awarded an AIM Qualifications certificate.
