Deneway's Wild Future weekend session (13/01/24)

The Deneway, Sussex Wildlife Trust's youth-led reserve. 

Join us at the Deneway Nature Reserve in Brighton for a weekend session of our youth-led nature reserve project, Deneway’s Wild Future. We will be carrying out some practical conservation tasks and identifying different species which call this urban oasis home. This is a great opportunity to learn important skills for a career in conservation or to just be outdoors enjoying nature!

Lunch will be provided. Bring snacks, a mug, and wear suitable warm clothing and footwear. There is a toilet on site. Feel free to email us with any questions.

Free event for 16 to 25 year olds, but booking essential

This is part of Sussex Youth in Nature, an events programme for young people from Sussex Wildlife Trust. These are free and accessible events and workshops for 16-25 year olds based at various locations across Sussex. They offer the opportunity to learn more about nature through craft, conservation, and species identification.
