It is easy to dismiss the large flocks of white birds that congregate along the coast and fields each winter as ‘seagulls’ but there are in fact many species of British gulls all with unique identification features, habits and lifestyles.

Mike Russell will be your gull guide in this special two-part course which includes an online Zoom session followed a few days later by a session watching gulls at a gull roost. We’ll also look out for other bird species too.

Location:  Seven Sisters Country Park. We will also be walking along Cuckmere Haven. Exact meeting point details will be sent nearer to the event.
