Wild Beach Leader Training: Four days of experiential learning on the beach
Workbook to be submitted within six months of course start date
Course consists of 4 units:
- Keeping safe on the beach
- Practical skills on the beach
- Understanding the beach environment
- Ocean Connection
Areas of learning include:
- Risk benefit analysis
- Understanding tides
- Shelter, games and activities
- Marine wildlife identification
- Sustainability and marine conservation zones
- Wellbeing
- Positive actions
Participants must be aged 16 years and over
Location: Bognor Regis. Meet at Aldwick Beach Cafe, Marine Drive West, Regis Ave, Bognor Regis, PO21 2FZ
