Rye Harbour Ramble - Members-only (06/07/23)

Members-only event

Rye Harbour Nature Reserve's 465 hectares have international wildlife designations. Join us for a circular walk of approximately 3.5km, starting out from Rye Harbour Discovery Centre. We'll head to a trio of birdwatching hides overlooking the saltmarsh and gravel pits to look at some of the wetland birds present. We'll also take the opportunity to observe other wildlife and wildflowers we find on route. 

The Discovery Centre has a lovely café if you wish to buy refreshments afterwards. Led by James Duncan.

Booking for members events

If you would like to book for any of these events, please email [email protected] stating the name and time of the event you would like to book, the number and names of members attending, and your membership number. You can also book by phoning 01273 497533, but email is preferable due to staff working from home. Please note that places are limited and bookings will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Your booking will be confirmed to you by email.

Refreshments will be provided at most events, but please note you will need to bring your own cup/mug.
