Members-only event

Incredibly, over 2500 species of moths have been recorded in the UK and, according to our database, 1507 of these have been found in Sussex. Join us at Woods Mill as we open the previous night's moth trap in order to identify just how many of those we’ve caught. This event will help get you up close and personal with these fascinating creatures that inhabit our unfamiliar night time world.

Booking for members events

If you would like to book for any of these events, please email [email protected] stating the name and time of the event you would like to book, the number and names of members attending, and your membership number. You can also book by phoning 01273 497533, but email is preferable due to staff working from home. Please note that places are limited and bookings will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Your booking will be confirmed to you by email.

Refreshments will be provided at most events, but please note you will need to bring your own cup/mug.
