This circular walk takes us through a range of habitats as we walk to Gallows Hill on Sussex Wildlife Trust’s Graffham Common reserve. Here we will learn more about the history, wildlife and management of these heathlands while enjoying the great views from Gallows Hill. We will be looking out for the resident wildlife that survives on these hot, dry heaths and listening for some of the birds which migrate to the heathlands in the summer. Led by Michael Blencowe.

If you would like to book for any of these events, please email [email protected] stating the name and time of the event you would like to book, the number and names of members attending, and your membership number. You can also book by phoning 01273 497533, but email is preferable due to staff working from home. Please note that places are limited and bookings will be dealt with on a first come, first served basis. Your booking will be confirmed to you by email.

Refreshments will be provided at most events, but please note you will need to bring your own cup/mug.
