Webinar: Raptor persecution and its impact

One of the RSPB’s remits is to work with police forces to detect, investigate and prevent crimes against wild birds. In recent years, this has focused largely on the illegal killing of birds of prey, particularly in connection with gamebird shooting. Jenny Shelton is a communicator for the RSPB’s Investigations Team, and will be talking about the team’s work and the challenges involved.

Jenny's presentation will include information about wildlife crime in Sussex and southern England and how birdwatchers can help if they come across something which looks suspicious in the countryside.
