Bats for Beginners Webinar (15/02/23) Members-only Wednesday, 15th February 2023 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Sussex Wildlife Trust Members-only webinar

Bats have always intrigued us and for centuries these amazing creatures dwelled in the realms of myth and folklore. Even today we are still only just discovering their extraordinary abilities.

There are 18 species of bat in the UK, all of which have been recorded in Sussex. The majority are residents but some are occasional visitors and, as we head into the spring, many of us will start seeing bats emerging from hibernation and flying around our streets and gardens. But just how much do you know about them?

Join Sussex Wildlife Trust's James Duncan as he shines a light into the world of bats to discover more about their lives and some of the key species which live alongside us in Sussex.
