BIRDSONG - the natural soundtrack to our lives (19/01/23) Thursday, 19th January 2023 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM

Sussex Wildlife Trust Eastbourne Regional Group talk

Our first talk of 2023 will be on Thursday 19th January 2023, when the RSPB's brilliant Adrian Thomas will be providing some amazing insights into the structure of birdsong, how and why it is used and, giving us clues to help identify some of the songsters.

The talk will be in the main hall of the Victoria Baptist Church, Eldon Road, Eastbourne, BN21 1UE, at 7.30pm, where there is a large, free, car park (the talk will not be recorded or broadcast online).
Please book your ticket by registering for the talk through Eventbrite using the link, below. Registration is free but we will still charge on the door (we do have to pay for speakers and the hire of the hall!).

Book your place here

Booking will close at 16.30 on the day of the talk, tickets will not be available after that time.

Please also note that entry is by cash only, we do not have access to any electronic payment system: £4 for SWT Members and £5 for Non-Members. Refreshments - £1.

We apologise for the necessary increase in the entrance fee - hall hire and speaker fees have gone up in order for them to cover their own outgoings.

Please also be considerate of others' space and to consider wearing a mask in the hall if you are able to (and particularly if government guidelines change).

Although Eventbrite is easy and straightforward to use, I do appreciate that some of you might have some problems with using it, if so, please DO get in touch with me either by email, text, or phone 07946 753135. I may not be able to get back to you immediately, so please do leave a message if you call me.
