Minibeast mayhem!
Come and explore the exciting world of minibeasts. Use a net to dive into the watery depths of the pond in search of water boatmen and dragonfly nymphs and visit the meadow to see if you can find any grasshoppers with the sweep nets.
Spend time at the camp site and practice safe fire lighting to make your own hot chocolate. Delve into the woodland undergrowth to find spiders and snails. Use natural materials to make a giant sculpture in the woods and make your own model to take home.
Meet in the classroom at Woods Mill, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9SD.
Please ensure children bring a packed lunch, drink and extra snacks and wear suitable outdoor clothing/footwear and sun protection for the weather conditions.
Suitable for children aged 6-11 years. Parents/carers do not accompany children.
Not suitable for wheelchair users or those with compromised mobility.
Toilets available on site.
