Spring Walk in Arlington - East Sussex (12/04/2022) Tuesday, 12th April 2022 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Leaders: James Duncan & Helen Proctor

Join us to enjoy a morning wander to the bird hide at Arlington Reservoir. Spring is undoubtedly one of the most exciting times of the year, with trees bursting into life, birds singing, butterflies emerging and a multitude of creatures awakening from their winter slumber. The seasonal change also signals the departure of winter visitors and the arrival of summer migrants. We'll look out for those birds that have completed a monumental journey across land and sea to reach us. The walk will begin with a brief talk on conservation management at the churchyard.

Meet at Arlington Churchyard at 10am. The circular walk will last for approximately 2hrs. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing as there may be wet, muddy sections, particularly in the meadows. Binoculars are advisable and feel free to bring your camera!
