Sussex Wildlife Trust is working hard for nature at this challenging time but we can only do so with your support.

The Small Mammals of Sussex Tuesday, 9th February 2021 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM

In this online presentation Laurie Jackson, Ecologist & Wildlife Lecturer, will give us an introduction to the wonderful and varied small mammals of Sussex, the trials and tribulations of living life in miniature, and some of the survey methods you can use to track these species down!
Laurie previously gave this talk in November but it was fully booked so we promised we'd invite her back in 2021.

The talk will focus on our smaller mammal species: mice, voles and shrews. Learn about the dormouse, the diminutive harvest mouse, the incredible water shrew and many more.

The talk will last for approximately 45 minutes and there will be a short Q&A session at the end.

This talk is free but donations to assist the work of Sussex Wildlife Trust would be appreciated. There will be an opportunity to donate at the end of the talk.
