Renowned Sussex wildlife photographer David Plummer leads this special two-day course aimed at those people who have just started to tackle the challenging but rewarding hobby of wildlife photography.

“When I teach photography, I am not teaching people to be amateurs and get documentary shots. I want them to take photographs in such a way that they make the viewer see or experience something. I want them to make a connection with the viewer, to transport them.”

This two-day course will enable you to establish a strong foundation in photography, and will cover:

Day 1: Camera basics, manual control, manual metering, aperture priority and depth of field control.

Day 2: Composition, white-balance, making a good shot better, fieldwork, supports and putting it all together.

The course will be a combination of work in the classroom as well as out on the reserve at Woods Mill.
