Winter Thrushes at Woods Mill - Henfield (18/12/2019) Wednesday, 18th December 2019 1:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Leader: James Duncan
Six species of thrush can be found in the UK. Unfortunately all of them have seen a decline over the last half a century. Come and join us for an afternoon to learn just why winter’s such an important time for both our resident and migratory species. The event will begin with a short illustrated talk before we set out to search for these wonderful birds. Guided flat walk of approximately 2-3km.
Meet at the noticeboard (by the bridge) at Woods Mill, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9SD.
Free event though booking essential as places are limited.
