Gatwick Greenspace Event

A day of fantastic outdoor activities for children aged 6-11years.

Do you know your mole’s from your voles? Can you stalk a deer without fear, or follow the tracks to get the facts? Join us to explore the world of woodland mammals. We will investigate some owl pellets, set some humane traps to survey our resident rodents, and channel our inner badger to navigate in the dark, snuffling our way through the woods using our ears, nose and whiskers.

Parents/carers do not accompany children.

Meet at Rolls Field parking area, off the Thames Water access track, Radford Road, Tinsley green, Crawley, RH10 3NS.

Please ensure children bring a packed lunch, drink and extra snacks and wear suitable outdoor clothing/footwear and sun protection for the weather conditions.

Please note that the location does not come up on a sat nav, map and directions will be provided on booking.

Nearest bus stops Radford Road opposite The Greyhound Pub or Forge Wood bus stop, Steers Lane.  Both approximately 15 minutes to the meeting point.

We apologise that this location has extremely limited wheelchair access. There is a portable toilet and free parking at the meeting point.
