Sussex Wildlife Trust is working hard for nature at this challenging time but we can only do so with your support.

An Introduction to Woodland Fungi (08/11/18) Thursday, 8th November 2018 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

After a morning session in Kirdford village hall looking at the anatomy of fungi, the major fungi groups, how to find them and the limits of what you can do without a high-powered microscope we will then move into the ancient woodland of Ebernoe Common where over a 1000 species of fungi have been found including many rare and unusual species.

Hopefully we will see Bird’s-nest Fungi, Waxcaps, Hedgehogs, Stinkhorns, Blushers, Deathcaps, Caterpillar Clubs and many, many more!

Meet at Kirdford Village Hall, Kirdford, West Sussex, RH14 0LY.
