Woods Mill 50: Bioblitz at Woods Mill (01/09/18) Saturday, 1st September 2018 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Woods Mill at 50 - Bioblitz at Woods Mill
Friday 31st August – Saturday 1st September
What is a Bioblitz?
A bioblitz is an informal recording event that allows us to collect a snapshot of species using as many survey methods as possible. It helps us to answer the question “What is here right now?” and provides valuable data for monitoring and conservation work. We hope through this event to rediscover some species not recorded at Woods Mill in recent years, and add a few new ones to the reserves list!
