Woods Mill 50: Barn Owl Walk (10/07/18) Tuesday, 10th July 2018 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM
The ghostly Barn Owl is no doubt one of the UK’s most recognisable bird species. Owls are fascinating in both their ecology and mythology, revered by the ancient Greeks as a symbol of wisdom, feared by the Romans who saw them as harbingers of death. Join us on this summer evening as we look to observe this magnificent avian predator hunting around Woods Mill, whilst learning more about its captivating life.
Guided flat walk of approximately 2km.
Woods Mill, Henfield, West Sussex, BN5 9SD.
