Natural Navigation - Reading Nature's Signposts (07/07/17) Friday, 7th July 2017 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM
Tristan Gooley, the award winning author of ‘The Natural Navigator’, ‘The Walker's Guide to Outdoor Clues and Signs’ and ‘How to Read Water’, will teach you how to navigate your way through the Sussex landscape using the world around you as your guide.
The positions of lichen, spider webs, sheep and celestial bodies can all help you orientate yourself and Tristan will be giving practical instructions as well as some basic celestial theory.
This is a great opportunity to learn from an expert and will appeal to walkers, naturalists and all those curious about the world around us.
This is an outdoor course.
