Evening at the Secret Garden (23/6/16)

Discover a Secret Wildlife Garden: Fundraiser in aid of Sussex Wildlife Trust

Visit an extensive wildlife garden, including wildflower areas and, ponds, overlooking the South Downs towards Ditchling Beacon. The owners of the secret garden are kindly opening their garden for the first time.

The evening includes a drinks reception with canapes, a tour of the gardens, a wildlife talk and identification session (small mammal traps / moth traps / bat detectors) with Sussex Wildlife Trust's Michael Blencowe, and musical entertainment by a local harpist. Sussex Wildlife Trust will also organise a raffle on the night. The wildlife talk will start at 20:00.

Meet at the Bolney Stage pub, London Road, Bolney Village, Haywards Heath RH17 5RL. Here you will catch a minibus to the Secret Garden.

Price: £40 per person

Please note: There are trip hazards on site. Please wear sensible footwear and warm clothes as the event go ahead whatever the weather. No smoking . No cuttings of plants. No children. Disabled parking can be arranged for blue badge drivers.
