Sussex Wildlife Trust is working hard for nature at this challenging time but we can only do so with your support.

Walk - Everyone Welcome Saturday, 11th July 2015 9:45 AM - 4:00 PM

Meet in good time for a 9.45 departure in the car park of The Abergavenny Arms, Rodmell, BN7 3EZ (Explorer Map 122 TQ 417 059). Before leaving we will need to place our orders for lunch and coffee will be available. To reach the pub, if you are travelling east along the A27 from Brighton, turn right at the roundabout where the A277 is a left turn into Lewes: after passing through the village of Kingston near Lewes, turn right at a T junction and after a mile or so you reach Rodmell and the inn is on the left.

The morning walk will be approximately three and a half miles long and will involve a short climb on to the South Downs. We will have excellent views and should see lots of butterflies.

The afternoon walk will be a similar length and very flat on the Lewes Levels and the River Ouse, with the opportunity to see many birds and flowers.

You are welcome to do both walks or just the morning or afternoon walk.

Walk led by Rita (01273 843395 or 07930 877224 on the day).
