To celebrate the 60th anniversary of Sussex Wildlife Trust, we are inviting you to take part in our virtual 60 Mile Challenge, raising vital funds for the wildlife in Sussex.

Can you walk, run, cycle and paddle 60 miles over the next two months in your local area? The miles you cover will then be shown as a virtual journey from Woods Mill Nature Reserve to the newly opened Rye Harbour Discovery Centre.

Your personalised event page will allow you to move along our interactive map by logging your mileage online. You will also be able to share photos of your journeys, and any wildlife you may see.

Along the way you will learn about the Trust’s nature reserves, local habitats and wildlife. As you reach each checkpoint, you will receive an email full of captivating images and activities you can do at home or in your local community to help you take action for wildlife. These will include spotter sheets, nature activities for the kids and how-to guides.
