The Amberley EcoFair on June 10, supported by Sussex Wildlife Trust has a range of activities promoting the welfare and conservation of our natural world and ecology including talks and stalls. A highlight of the afternoon will be Sussex Wildlife Trust leading a guided bug hunt for children in the church meadow.

It is also providing a great opportunity for 5 – 16-year-olds to experience different aspects of nature and hopefully embark upon a lifetime of wonderful experiences through wildlife photography.

Springtime yields an abundant supply of photographic opportunities, including ducklings, bees, birds, wildflowers and deer with fawns at foot and as part of the EcoFair, I will be judging the Amberley Young Nature Photographer 2023 competition.

There are two classes – one for under 11 years old and the second for 12 – 16-year-olds. There is no entry fee but there will be cash prizes in each group.
