Sussex Wildlife Trust is holding a ‘Drop In’ day at our Iping Common nature reserve near Midhurst on Thursday 21 June between 11am and 7pm.

Everyone is invited to ‘drop in’ during the day to find out more about Trust’s plans for the nature reserve and talk to the Sussex Wildlife Trust experts who manage and monitor this heathland reserve. Sussex Wildlife Trust hope this Drop In day will be a chance for staff to alleviate concerns about grazing animals, the need for fencing and the condition of the nature reserve following an accidental fire three months ago.

Graeme Lyons, the Trust’s Senior Ecologist will be there as will Reserve Manager Jane Willmott and Director of Land Management David Saunders. Michael Blencowe, Senior Learning and Engagement Officer will also be there to answer questions and will lead a guided walk around the reserve starting at 2 until 4pm.

Look out for the Trust gazebo in Iping Common car park. For further details please contact Jane Willmott: [email protected]
