Into the Wild photo competition - public vote open

Our Into the Wild Photography Competition judges had the difficult task of selecting 12 finalists from over 680 entries - the most we've ever received. Thank you to everyone who has taken part. It has been a pleasure to see how much wildlife you've been noticing and enjoying during a difficult year.

It seemed to the judges that the Covid-19 pandemic had an impact on the entries this year, perhaps not surprisingly. More pictures were taken close to home, there were more macro shots – and fewer landscapes.

But now the public vote is open for you to vote for your favourite picture.

You can only vote once, and any multiple votes will be discounted.

Voting closes on Thursday 29th October. The overall winner will be announced in early November.

First Prize is £100 cash and the Runner Up will win a pair of reusable KeepCups.

All 12 photographs up for the public vote will be featured in our online calendar. In addition, the winning image will feature in Wildlife, the Trust’s members’ magazine, the monthly enewsletter and on the Sussex Wildlife Trust’s website and social media. The winning photographer will also be offered the chance to take over the Sussex Wildlife Trust's Instagram account for a week.
