As we are in another lockdown it is important we look back to the first, to remind us of the things that got us through those tough times. Whether it was learning a new skill, reading lots of books or having a binge on netflix, one particular coping mechanism for lots of people was nature. At the moment it is a very stressful time for most of us, so it is so vital we reap the benefits of what's around us.
