You asked, we listened. After many requests to make booking onto our events and courses easier, we are pleased to announce that we are moving over to the ticketing platform Eventbrite.

What will this mean for you?

  • Easier sign up: Create an account with Eventbrite, when booking onto your first event, and you are ready to go.
  • Faster checkout: Speedier payment and filling in pre-event information.
  • Regular updates: You can sign up to receive notifications for all new Sussex Wildlife Trust events and courses.
  • More flexibility: Plans changed? For many of our courses, you will be able to manage your own cancellation and refunds up to 30 days before an event, as well as changing attendee details, should you want someone else to come in your place.
  • Easier access to tickets and course details: You will be able to view your course and ticket details, at any point, by visiting your Eventbrite account or referring to your confirmation email.
  • More events: Using Eventbrite will free up time for Sussex Wildlife Trust to arrange more events and courses across the year, inspiring the people of Sussex to enjoy and take action for nature.

What next?

Our What’s on page will look the same. When you click on an individual event, it will take you to either the old booking page or the new Eventbrite page, where you will be asked to either create an account or sign. You will then be guided through the booking process.

What will happen to your current user account?

If you already have a user account with us, you will still need this for booking onto some events this year and for purchasing items from the online shop. Your Eventbrite account will be a completely separate account.

We hope that this will improve your experience of booking with us and look forward to you joining us for a Sussex Wildlife Trust event soon
