Little Tern

About:
A small tern, about 25cm long. Silvery-grey above and white below, with a black cap and a white forehead. Tiny, yellowy-orange legs and yellow bill with a black tip. Little Terns nest on gravelly beaches in small colonies. They feed just offshore.
