None of us are very far from a wild space in Sussex. Pockets of woodland to forest, ponds, rolling chalk downland, streams and rivers, pasture, public parks and the sea are all within easy reach. Beyond the school gates and on foot local wildlife rich areas can easy be explored. There's treasure to be found on our shingle beaches, animal tracks and signs to follow, natural materials to express thoughts and ideas, quiet spots for reflection and observation and the space to learn through play and work collaboratively by building a shelter or making fire.
Working with one class at a time for half day or full day, depending upon location.
The programmes are planned around your local wild space and curriculum requirements.
