Health Walks are short, friendly walks lasting no longer than an hour. Anyone can join one, but they're specifically designed to encourage those that would benefit from more exercise to give walking a go.
We lead Health Walks at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve EVERY Wednesday morning. Starting 10.15am to coincide with the buses, meeting at the Rye Harbour toilets. Health Walks provide a pleasant way to improve health and well-being for those who are getting little or no exercise, recovering from illness or injury, or lacking in confidence. Having said that, the majority of walkers stay because they enjoy the social aspects of taking part and meeting new people!
