THE ROLE

The Communications Officer will plan and deliver targeted communications to key audiences to raise profile and engage supporters, visitors, volunteers and partners with our activity, particularly in relation to Sussex Wildlife Trust’s new visitor centre at Rye Harbour. Working within the Trust’s established Fundraising and Communications department, the role will be based at the Trust’s headquarters near Henfield with occasional travel to Rye Harbour.

THE PERSON

The successful candidate will have experience of working across both print and digital media with a good understanding of marketing communications and public relations.

We are looking for someone with creative flair who is self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about communicating nature conservation messages.
